Nightingale is run by one person, so every email comes straight to me. I usually reply within a working day.
Billing
Your plan, payment method and invoices are all in Billing settings. If a charge looks wrong, email me and I'll sort it out.
Installing the script
If no data is showing up, send me the address of the site and I'll take a look.
Deleting your account
You can download your data and delete your account yourself from Account settings. You don't need to email me for either.
Data processing agreements
Need a DPA for a client? Email me with your company details and I'll send one over.
